Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-06 · CSV2JSON
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out what you may not do with CSV2JSON (the "Service"), how to report a problem, and what happens when this Policy is broken. It forms part of our Terms of Service at https://www.csv2json.store/terms, and breaching it is a material breach of those Terms.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including account holders, their staff and anyone using an account with the holder's permission. It covers your conduct, the content you submit, and how you use the Service's features and limits.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, regulation, or card network rule;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- process or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualises minors;
- produce or distribute malware, phishing material or other tools for attacking systems;
- impersonate any person, company or brand, or misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with anyone;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service as a relay for spam;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to another user's account, or to any system we operate;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its authentication or security controls, without our prior written permission;
- bypass, disable or interfere with any usage limit, quota, rate limit or credit mechanism;
- use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service without our prior written consent; or
- use the Service in a way that damages, disables or impairs it for other users.
3. Account and Payment Abuse
The following are specifically prohibited and are treated as serious breaches:
- Making a purchase with a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Testing stolen or invalid card details against our checkout (card testing).
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain a first-purchase benefit, a refund guarantee or free credits more than once.
- Making a chargeback or payment dispute that you know to be unfounded, or disputing a charge with your bank without first contacting us at wyzycao@gmail.com as Section 8 of the Terms requires.
- Exploiting a bug, race condition or misconfiguration to obtain credits or access you did not pay for. If you find such a problem, report it to wyzycao@gmail.com instead — we will not pursue you for a good-faith report.
4. Reporting a Violation
If you believe someone is breaking this Policy, or you have found a security problem, email wyzycao@gmail.com. Please include enough detail for us to investigate — what you saw, where you saw it, and any relevant account identifiers.
- We treat the identity of a reporter as confidential.
- Every report is reviewed on its own facts; we do not act on a report without assessing it.
- Reports made in bad faith, or repeatedly and without foundation, may themselves be treated as a breach of this Policy.
We do not operate an automated content moderation pipeline, because the Service does not host or publish user-generated content for other users to see. Reports are reviewed by a human, and our response times therefore depend on staff availability rather than a published SLA.
5. What Happens When This Policy Is Broken
Our response is proportionate to the breach and to whether it is repeated. We will normally tell you what we have done and why.
| Measure | What it means | When we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | A written notice asking you to stop and to correct the behaviour | First, minor or inadvertent breach |
| Corrective action | Reversal of credits obtained through the breach, or removal of the offending content | Where a benefit was obtained improperly |
| Feature restriction | Reduced quotas or suspension of specific capabilities | Repeated minor breaches |
| Account suspension | Temporary loss of access while we investigate | Serious breach, or an ongoing risk to the Service or to other users |
| Account termination | Permanent loss of access | Serious or repeated breach, fraud, or a legal requirement |
| Referral to authorities | Reporting to law enforcement or a regulator, and cooperating with an investigation | Where the conduct appears criminal |
We may also report a matter to our payment processor, which is required to act on certain categories of abuse. Terminating an account under this section does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, as set out in Section 7.4 of the Terms.
6. Appeals
If you believe a measure taken against you was wrong, email wyzycao@gmail.com within 30 days of being notified. Include your account email and the reason you think the decision was mistaken. We will review the decision within 10 business days.
A suspension or termination that has not yet been reviewed will generally remain in effect while the appeal is considered, unless the appeal is clearly well founded.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Policy.
